gas logs to your fire pit. Make sure you use outdoor gas logs, they are specially formulated to handle the

For natural gas fire pits cover the burner with 1 inch of silica sand then top off with pea sized lava rock
(just a this coating to coner the sand) or just use the sand..

For LP Propane do not use silica sand instead use the pea sized lava rock.
